- Can I really play homebrew in 3-5 minutes?

- Is this installer compatible with System Menu 3.5 and System Menu 4.0 - 4.2?

- Yes, the Wii Homebrew Installer now works with all Wii’s all up to System Menu 4.2!
The Wii Homebrew Installer will let you choose to use the old hacking method via the Twilight Hack* for System 3.4 and below or use the new hacking method which is compatible with all Wii versions up to System Menu 4.2 and does not require the Zelda game.

Try re-formatting your SD card to FAT16 instead of FAT32.

-By installing the hack, can I brick my Wii?

Although we can say that it is safe to install the hack, there is a small chance of bricking the console since the hack writes data to your Wii. Any interruption in writing data to your Wii (e.g. turning power off) might cause the Wii to function not normally.
